Malorie Tull
Malorie leads efforts to streamline processes and procedures that center our grantee partners and girls. She works across our team and with partners and girls to design effective grantmaking processes that ultimately support organizations to implement gender transformative programming in their communities. Malorie also works directly with our fiscal sponsor, Capital for Good, to oversee finance, HR, and IT functions that impact our daily operations.
Malorie has over 15 years of experience in grantmaking and supporting community based-organizations – with a focus on addressing operational needs and establishing participatory and partner-focused grantmaking processes. Her work has spanned across many contexts and regions, with a particular focus on East Africa and South Asia.
Prior to working with the Girls First Fund, Malorie worked with Geneva Global, setting up and supporting the management and programming of philanthropic funds. She has a background in communications, program management, and trauma-informed social work.
Malorie holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from West Chester University.
