Lana Dakan
Lana joined the Packard Foundation in January 2006 as a Program Officer in the Population and Reproductive Health Program. She oversees grantmaking for the Global and South Asia subprograms. She has over 20 years of experience working on reproductive health and rights in the US and globally.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Lana worked in Indonesia for USAID and Pathfinder International providing strategic and technical assistance on programs to expand access to quality family planning services. Lana served as a US Peace Corps volunteer in the Philippines and speaks Indonesian.
She holds an MPH from the University of Michigan and a BA in international relations from Occidental College.
