Florence Ayo
Florence works part-time to provide technical support to our partners in Uganda. She works closely with Program Advisor Annette Ashaba to strengthen collaboration and partnership with local government and culture leaders to foster advocacy and referrals in ending child marriage.
Florence has fifteen years of hands-on experience in social protection and public health of vulnerable populations. She has managed complex, multi-component USAID and other projects.
Her professional work focuses on strengthening social protection and health systems to improve on service delivery, HIV/AIDS Prevention, COVID-19 Response, and ending early marriages.
Florence has solid expertise in designing programs and managing them from inception through to close out, ensuring rapid program startup, logistics, budgets, and finance compliance.
