Arianna Garcés Ferrer

Arianna is 20 years old. She is an International Business student and activist by conviction, committed to her personal growth and the development of her community.

She is militant in the Confederación Nacional de Mujeres del Campo (CONAMUCA), a Girls First Fund grantee partner in the Dominican Republic, where she fights to transform realities and open roads so that girls and young women from rural communities can dream and achieve their goals. She firmly believes in the opportunities and transformative power of education, as well as in leadership as a powerful tool for empowerment.

Arianna aspires to continue training in order to generate a positive impact in the lives of girls who face great challenges to build their life projects, with the hope of building a more just future where we can all chart new paths, fulfill dreams and achieve our goals.
